PANGEA Lab 2024 Triple Feature at Canadian Psychological Association Annual Convention in Ottawa

Dr Götz, our graduate student Yang Yilin Guo, and our lab manager Frankie Yaying Zhong traveled to Ottawa, ON, to share our research at the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) Annual Convention. Dr Götz spoke at the CPA President’s New Researcher Award Presentation and delivered a Data Blitz on the dark side of courage at the Social-Personality Pre-Conference. Yilin gave two presentations on her ongoing research into the composition and consequences of regional personality differences across Japan, speaking at the International and Cross-cultural Psychology Snapshot session and presenting a Data Blitz at the Social-Personality Pre-Conference. Frankie presented a poster at the main conference, comparing geographical personality patterns across large-scale samples from the US, the UK, and Japan. Yilin and Frankie also won the CPA Student Travel Award. Well done, Yilin and Frankie!
