Dr Götz has been awarded the President’s New Researcher Award at the 2024 Canadian Psychological Association Annual Convention in Ottawa. This award recognizes the exceptional quality of the contribution of new researchers to psychological knowledge in Canada. Selection of award recipients is based on the examination of the applicant’s record of early career achievement. A maximum of three awards are conferred annually in diverse areas of psychology.
